Q: Do you provide samples of your products?

A: Yes, we have a variety of options available if you would like to sample our products. We offer our TOP 10 best-selling sample pack for FREE. We also sell a comprehensive sample pack for only $8.99 (plus $4.95 shipping) which includes one each of all our brochures (13 titles), education cards (27 titles), bookmarks, fold-over postcards plus some of our clinic forms, gift certificate and our latest newsletter. This is a great value and is an excellent way to experience our products.

At any time—you can call us and request a sample of most all of our products. Don’t be shy—we love to hear from you and want you to see the high quality, well-produced products that we sell.

 

Q: What are your office hours?

A: Our customer service hours are 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, Pacific Standard Time. If we do not answer our phone, we are most likely on the other line helping another customer. Please leave a message and we will call you back promptly.

 

Q: I am a member of my state acupuncture association, do I receive a discount?

A: Yes. We offer a 5% discount for members of all State Acupuncture Associations. Please call us directly to find out your coupon code to be used for future on-line orders or to place your order directly with us.


Q: Where are you located?

A. Acupuncture Media Works is located in Shoreline, Washington, a suburb of Seattle. If you live in the Seattle area, we can arrange for you to pick up your products at our shipping location. However, we do not have a “store front” so you do need to make pick-up arrangements. Call us at 866-696-7577 to discuss.

 

Q: I need to get my products ASAP, how can you ship them to me?

A: Typically we ship orders by UPS Ground. These are the average ground transportation times: WEST COAST = 1-3 business days; MID WEST = 3-5 business days; EAST COAST = 5-7 business days. We are happy to expedite your order and provide faster service: overnight, 2 day or 3 day. Please call us directly at 866-696-7577 for an expedited shipping price quote.

 

Q: Do you carry any rack to hold your brochures?

A: Yes. We carry three types of racks: 6 slots, 4 slots and 1 slot with display easel. They are all clear acrylic.

 

Q: Can you invoice me for my purchases?

A: No, we only accept credit cards and PayPal for your purchases. Credit cards accepted are: Visa, MasterCard, Discover (phone orders only) and American Express.


Q: Are your products copyright protected?

A: Yes. The words and graphics used in our products are copyright protected. No part of any brochure, education card or other material may be reproduced in any manner without written permission (this includes all photocopying, copying text to be used in other written materials or copying text for placement on a website. This is a non-inclusive list of examples of reproduction).


Q: Can I have the products personalized with my name and/or clinic name?

A: We do not offer personalization of our products. However, we do leave space at the bottom of most brochures/education cards for a label or stamp and we highly recommend that you always include your name and contact information on each piece.

Q: Are there any acupuncturists who work at Acupuncture Media Works?

A: Jeffrey Grossman, owner and President of Acupuncture Media Works is currently a licensed acupuncturist in the State of Washington. In addition to owning Acupuncture Media Works, he maintains a thriving acupuncture practice in downtown Seattle.
