Acupressure for Fertility is a gentle practice based upon traditional Chinese medicine techniques to help support fertility and prepare the body for conception. The is program helps encourage healthy blood flow to the main organ systems that impact fertility.

• Learn how pressure to specific points (meridians) on the body can help to balance hormones, improve blood flow and ultimately enhance reproductive health.
• Acupressure, along with gentle stretching techniques decreases stress in the body and may help to diminish potential negative side effects of fertility drugs and/or IVF medications.
• Acupressure is an effective means of enhancing fertility for both women and men.

The Practice: A gentle acupressure and stretching program suitable for all levels (35 minutes) plus additional sections on Pre-IVF and Post-IVF exercises. Includes a 5 minute introduction on the principals and benefits of acupressure.
